1. What this site is

This site is an informational directory of contractors that hold California C-36 Plumbing licenses according to public records of the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). It is operated by Rodney Burwell. The operator is not a contractor, does not hold a contractor license, and does not perform, supervise, schedule, price, or guarantee any plumbing or other contracting work.

2. No endorsement; verify before hiring

Listing a business is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any kind. Information may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying a contractor’s license, bond, and workers’ compensation status at CSLB (cslb.ca.gov) and for deciding whether to hire any contractor.

3. Your agreement is with the contractor

If you hire a listed business, you contract with and pay that business directly. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the work, pricing, quality, schedule, disputes, or payments.

4. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy the directory in bulk, use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, or misrepresent your affiliation with any listed business.

5. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a listed business.

6. Corrections and removal

Listed businesses may request a correction or removal by emailing burwellrodney85@gmail.com.

7. Changes; governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new date above. These terms are governed by California law.
